Terms of Service
Effective date: 20 July 2026
These Terms govern use of homegrownlove.mom and services by Atelier Brindille, 18 Rue de la Colombette, 31000 Toulouse, France.
1. Services
We provide clothing alterations, repairs, limited custom sewing and sewing classes. Quotes given after inspection are binding once you accept them.
2. Appointments
Services are by appointment. Please arrive on time with the garment(s) clean and accessible. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Payment
Payment is due on collection unless otherwise agreed. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable under French law.
4. Turnaround and care
We handle garments with care. Delicate or vintage pieces carry inherent risk; we will warn you before proceeding. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the reasonable value of the service paid, except where French consumer law requires otherwise.
5. Classes
Class fees are payable as confirmed at booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
6. Uncollected items
Garments uncollected for more than 6 months after notice may be disposed of or donated after a final reminder, in line with applicable French rules.
7. Governing law
French law applies. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Toulouse, without prejudice to consumer mediation options.
